Privacy

What we keep. Your name, phone number, house names, what you declared, and your transfer slip. For parcel and ferry senders, one photo of your National ID.

Who sees it. Only Malsy Delivery admin sees ID photos and slips. Runners see only what they need to collect and deliver. We never show runner photos, names or numbers to customers, and never show your full number in our lists.

How long. Your ID photo is deleted when your account is deleted. Order records are kept for accounting.
