Terms

Service. Malsy Delivery collects and delivers within Hithadhoo, Maradhoo, Maradhoo-Feydhoo, Feydhoo and Gan, and drops to the ferry for Hulhumeedhoo and Fuvahmulah. Hours 09:00–18:00 daily; orders after 18:00 are scheduled for 09:00 next day.

Prices. Fixed per route, no extra fees. The price shown when you order is the price you pay. Shopping orders add 10% of the receipt, minimum MVR 20; orders over MVR 500 are prepaid.

Payment. Bank transfer, exact amount with your order reference. Unpaid orders cancel after 30 minutes. A refused parcel is not charged; any payment made is refunded.

Your parcel. You are responsible for the contents and your declaration. Senders verify their National ID once. The runner checks and photographs the parcel at pickup and may refuse anything unsafe. See what we can't carry. Illegal items are reported to the police.

Limits. Up to 20 kg per order. Declared value is used for any claim; we are not liable beyond the declared value.
