Never

• Drugs or anything illegal
• Weapons, knives and anything that looks like one
• Alcohol
• Cash
• Gas cylinders, fuel and anything that can catch fire
• Batteries over 100 Wh and power banks sent alone
• Live animals

Only with proof

• Medicine: in its pharmacy pack, with the prescription holder's name on it
• Airport cargo: airway bill and customs release

Size and weight

• Up to 20 kg per order
• 8–20 kg by car only
• Must fit safely on a motorbike or in a car boot

What you agree to

• You are responsible for what's inside and what you declare.
• Parcel senders verify their National ID card once.
• The runner opens and checks the parcel with you, and photographs it.
• The runner can refuse any parcel. A refused parcel is not charged.
• Illegal items are reported to the police.
